1.Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "wira888" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the wira888 online gaming platform operated at wira888.win and all associated sub-domains, mobile interfaces, and services.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or places bets through the wira888 platform.
• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a Player on the wira888 platform.
• "Funds" / "Balance" means the Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) balance held in a Player's wira888 Account wallet, comprising deposited funds and credited winnings.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, or enhanced odds offer made available by wira888 subject to specific bonus terms.
• "Prohibited Jurisdictions" means countries or territories from which accessing the wira888 platform is restricted by law or by wira888 policy, as updated from time to time.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification, comprising the submission and verification of identity and address documents by a Player.

2.Eligibility & Age Requirements

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are accessing wira888 from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited under applicable law;
• You are not accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• You are not an employee, director, officer, agent, or consultant of wira888 or any related entity, nor a member of the immediate family of such a person;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party;
• All registration information you provide is accurate, complete, and not misleading.

wira888 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be registered by persons under the age of 21 will be suspended immediately and any balance will be held pending investigation.

3.Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the wira888 platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

Players must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and must update such information promptly if it changes. wira888 shall not be liable for any losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

wira888 is required to verify the identity of all Players in compliance with international gaming authority obligations. KYC verification is mandatory before:

• Processing any withdrawal request;
• Crediting deposits above specified thresholds;
• Issuing certain bonus awards.

Acceptable KYC documents include a valid Malaysian identity card (MyKad), international passport, or other government-issued photo identification. wira888 may additionally request proof of address or payment method verification at its discretion. wira888 may suspend or close an Account if KYC documentation is not provided within a reasonable period following request.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must notify wira888 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. wira888 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to safeguard your credentials.

4.Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

4.1 Supported Methods

wira888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods, subject to availability: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, Maybank FPX, CIMB Bank Transfer, Public Bank FPX, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and USDT TRC20. The availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.

4.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Deposits made through third-party payment sources may be voided and refunded. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply to each payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit. wira888 does not accept cash, cheque, or bank draft deposits.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, subject to minimum withdrawal amounts and KYC verification requirements. wira888 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing withdrawals. Processing times are indicative only and may vary; wira888 does not guarantee withdrawal timing.

4.4 Currency

All Accounts on the wira888 platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits made in other currencies will not be accepted. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing internal rate at time of receipt.

4.5 No Third-Party Payments

Players must not use payment methods belonging to third parties, including family members or associates. wira888 may request evidence that the payment method belongs to the registered Account holder. Funds received from third-party sources may be confiscated and the relevant Account suspended.

5.Bonus Terms & Promotions

wira888 may from time to time offer bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, free spins, or other incentives. All such offers are subject to specific bonus terms, including but not limited to:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal is permitted;
• Time limits: Bonuses must be utilised within a specified period following crediting;
• Game restrictions: Certain bonuses may only be used on specified games or game categories;
• Maximum bet limits: A maximum bet per round may apply when bonus funds are active;
• Maximum withdrawal cap: Winnings derived from bonus funds may be subject to a maximum cashout limit.

wira888 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time and without notice. Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to coordinated multi-account bonus exploitation — may result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and related winnings and suspension of the Account.

6.Gameplay Rules

6.1 Game Rules

Each game available on the wira888 platform is governed by its own specific game rules, which are available within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with applicable game rules before placing bets. wira888 accepts no responsibility for losses arising from a Player's misunderstanding of game rules.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Bets

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. wira888 reserves the right to modify bet limits at any time, including imposing lower maximum limits on individual Accounts where operational or risk management requirements dictate.

6.3 Void Bets & Technical Errors

wira888 reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a technical malfunction, data feed error, software glitch, or any event that results in erroneous odds or game outcomes being displayed. In such cases, affected stakes will be refunded to the Player's Account Balance. wira888 shall not be liable for any losses claimed to arise from technical errors.

6.4 Sportsbook Settlement

Sports bets are settled on the basis of official results published by the relevant governing body or sporting authority. wira888 reserves the right to delay settlement pending result confirmation. Settlement decisions by wira888 are final.

7.Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wira888 platform:

• Registering multiple Accounts or using another person's Account;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any game, bet placement interface, or account management feature;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or pricing anomalies for financial gain;
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any coordinated strategy designed to guarantee profit across platforms;
• Depositing or withdrawing funds for purposes unrelated to genuine gaming activity;
• Attempting to launder funds through the platform;
• Providing false or misleading KYC documentation;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players in any game.

wira888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account engaged in Prohibited Conduct and to forfeit any Balance associated with such Account.

8.Intellectual Property

All content on the wira888 platform — including but not limited to software, game graphics, text, logos, trademarks, service marks, and interface design — is the property of wira888 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the platform solely for personal gaming purposes. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of wira888.

9.Responsible Gaming

wira888 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from within all registered Accounts:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period;
• Loss Limits: Restrict the amount you can lose within a defined period;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts after a set duration of continuous play;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend access to your Account for a defined period;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the wira888 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

10.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wira888 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, data, or goodwill arising from use of the platform;
• Losses resulting from platform unavailability, technical failures, or interruptions to service;
• Losses arising from delays in payment processing by third-party payment providers;
• Losses arising from a Player's reliance on information provided on the platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate;
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. The wira888 platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.

11.Suspension & Termination of Accounts

wira888 reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account without prior notice in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent or criminal activity; failure to complete KYC verification; engagement in Prohibited Conduct; or at the request of a regulatory authority.

Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting the wira888 support team. Upon closure, any verified Balance remaining in the Account (subject to resolution of any outstanding bonus wagering requirements or investigations) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method.

12.Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the subject matter or formation thereof, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which wira888 holds its operating licence, as stated in its licensing documentation.

In the event of a dispute, Players are required to first contact the wira888 support team to attempt resolution through the platform's internal complaints process. Complaints should be submitted in writing to support at wira888.win with the subject line "Formal Complaint" and include the Account username, description of the dispute, and supporting documentation where available. wira888 will acknowledge and respond to formal complaints within 14 business days.

13.Amendments to Terms

wira888 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be notified to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account or through a notice posted on the wira888 platform. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must discontinue use of the platform and may request Account closure.
